These terms apply to the website apexcore.ae and to the ApexCore WhatsApp channel, including the ApexCore AI Assistant. Both are operated by ApexCore Technical Services L.L.C., a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Commercial License No. 1596298) (“ApexCore”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or contacting us on WhatsApp, you accept these terms.
Information on the website
The website describes our services, systems we install and completed projects. It is provided for general information. Descriptions, photographs, dimensions and examples are illustrative and may not reflect the exact materials, finishes or conditions of your project. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Quotations and engagements
Prices, scope, programme and other commercial terms are binding only when set out in a written quotation or agreement issued by ApexCore and accepted in accordance with its terms. Any engagement is governed by that quotation or agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
WhatsApp channel and AI Assistant
When you message ApexCore on WhatsApp, some replies may be generated automatically by the ApexCore AI Assistant. The AI Assistant answers questions about ApexCore’s own services and projects only. It is not a general-purpose assistant and is not intended for other purposes.
- Automated replies are general information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a quotation, offer, advice or commitment by ApexCore.
- Prices, quotations, technical decisions, scheduling and any commitments are confirmed only by an ApexCore staff member.
- You can ask to speak to a person at any time by writing so in the chat, and the conversation will be passed to our team.
- Please do not send identity documents, financial account information, health information or other sensitive personal data in the chat.
Your use of WhatsApp itself is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or our WhatsApp channel to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to interfere with their operation, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to collect information about other users. We may stop responding to messages that breach these terms.
Intellectual property
The content of the website, including text, photographs, drawings and the ApexCore name and logo, belongs to ApexCore or is used with permission. Product and brand names of third parties, including WoodUpp, belong to their respective owners. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp, maps and partner websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ApexCore is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on the website or on automated replies in the WhatsApp channel. Our liability in connection with any services we perform is governed by the relevant quotation or agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a quotation or agreement between you and ApexCore provides otherwise.
