Terms of Service
Works are executed within the approved quotation, defined scope and applicable UAE regulations, subject to community and developer requirements.
- Materials, access responsibilities and exclusions are stated in the applicable quotation.
- Any variation requires prior written approval.
- Execution timelines remain subject to site readiness, access approvals and material availability.
- Work sequencing may be adjusted where necessary to protect occupied premises or completed finishes.
Warranty Statement
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty covering installation quality within the agreed scope.
Depending on the approved scope, covered workmanship may include carpentry and wood flooring, false ceiling and light partitions, surface preparation and painting, floor and wall tiling and other agreed finishing details.
The warranty does not extend to manufacturer defects, structural deficiencies not identifiable at the time of execution, external water ingress, environmental factors, unauthorised alterations or third-party intervention. Warranty requests should be submitted in writing within the applicable period.
Health, Safety & Site Conduct
Our standards include appropriate PPE, controlled tool operation, electrical safety, organised work areas, protection of completed finishes and clean handover.
