Any variation requires prior written approval.

Execution timelines remain subject to:

  • Site readiness
  • Access approvals
  • Material availability

ApexCore maintains structured coordination while minimizing disruption to occupied environments.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

This Warranty Statement is issued by:

ApexCore Technical Services L.L.C., Commercial License No. 1596298 (DET – Dubai).

We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty covering the quality of installation within the agreed scope of works.

Coverage includes:

  • Carpentry and finishing works
  • Ceiling and partition installations
  • Electrical fixture integration
  • Surface preparation and painting
  • Tiling and finishing details

The warranty applies exclusively to workmanship.

It does not extend to:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Structural deficiencies not identifiable at the time of execution

  • Unauthorized alterations or third-party intervention

All warranty requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable period.

HEALTH, SAFETY & SITE CONDUCT POLICY
